The customer orders online on the basis of our internet order page or by phone. We will deliver your order to the address you want. The terms and conditions are unrestricted unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Spritnmore in writing or by telephone.

Offer Spritnmore's offers are non-binding. Small deviations and technical changes compared to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. The respective offer loses its validity with the publication of a new edition.

Orders The customer undertakes to provide all information required by an order truthfully.

Opening hours Orders by phone can be recorded at any time. Fun buyers will be charged for the travel costs incurred by us, plus handling fees.
- Delivery
time The ordered goods will be shipped immediately after the order has been accepted. Spritnmore provides delivery within 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the traffic, weather, order situation and delivery zone.
- Delivery and
delivery fee Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery fee is included in the stated purchase price (exclusive depot). Under the minimum order value, Spritnmore delivers to the delivery areas from a delivery fee of CHF 45.-.
- Payment
The customer pays for the ordered goods directly upon delivery at the front door or the specified delivery address. The supplying employee of Spritnmore is entitled and obliged to collect against delivery of the goods. Payment is made in cash. The prices in the online shop do not include a depot. For the order it is necessary to take into account the valid prices of the respective day. We reserve the right to change prices. The document handed over to the customer at the time of payment is also a delivery note and invoice. Empties are only taken back from the Spritnmore range and charged separately.
- Reservation
of title: Until full payment, the goods remain the property of Spritnmore.

law All images, trademarks and logos shown on this website are the property of the respective companies and are subject to copyright protection.
- Child
protection Despite electronic confirmation of the order, Spritnmore is entitled to refuse a customer and not to execute his order if there are legitimate doubts about his general information or if other reasons (age, solvency, etc.) speak against the execution of the order. In the case of ordering/delivery of spirits or other items that are subject to the legal sales restrictions, the goods will only be handed over upon presentation of the identity card of the customer. The sale of both wine or beer under the age of 16, as well as of Alcopos and spirits under 18 years of age, is prohibited by law.

Data protection With the placing of orders, personal data such as first name, name, postal code, place and telephone number are collected as well as all calls are recorded electronically in order to be able to process the orders and to be able to send the ordered goods. Spritnmore stores the personal data for business transactions. Customer data is used and processed exclusively within the scope of the applicable data protection laws. The data is not passed on to third parties. It is also excluded to pass on to third parties for general advertising purposes or market and opinion research. For safety reasons, our vehicles are monitored audiovisuel and with GPS.
